DECA Manufacturing has the facilities and skilled labor to get the job done right and the necessary equipment and processes including:
- automated, multi-conductor, wire cut and strip processing
- automated wire lead making equipment including waterproof sealing capabilities
- applicator presses with a wide variety of tooling in-house
- modular terminal crimp machines for loose, standard reel, tape, or unique terminals
- overmold plastic injection machines
- laser strip equipment
- advanced formboards and harness build tools for complex wire harness manufacture
- adherence to IPC/WHMA-A-620
- certifications: ISO 9001:2015, ITAR, UL, CAGE code 0CA45
DECA inspects and/or tests all products. In addition to performing general inspections of every part we assemble; We can build specialty test fixtures in house for custom harnesses. These tests confirm continuity and pin-out accuracy with computerized testing equipment including:
- Cirrus test stands
- pull test, monitor crimp height and force
- cross-section analysis
