Thermostat​ Assemblies

 

We use industrial thermostats to build assemblies for use in more complex devices that are used in a wide range of industries. You can select from our value-added services such as adding wire leads, building enclosures, or potting services to ensure your product’s success.
 

We currently use 4 lines of thermostats when building temperature-related assemblies.  These industrial thermostats are required to pass a series of rigorous quality control checks including:

• continuity

• function

• contact resistance

• dielectric strength.

 and some of them have been approved by numerous testing agencies. These components are designed to handle a wide range of operating temperatures to meet your projects specifications for both industrial devices and consumer goods.

 

The thermostats we use include: 

 

1NT Fixed Temperature Thermostats. Excellent multipurpose thermostat available in both automatic reset and push button manual reset configurations. This series features a small size and a variety of physical configurations, providing the flexibility to meet your project's specific requirements.

GT Line of 1/2” Ceramic Disc Fixed Temperature Thermostats. Excellent multipurpose thermostat available in both automatic reset and push button manual reset configurations. This GT series features a small size and a variety of physical configurations which provide flexibility to meet your specifications.

GT20 line of 1/2” Disc Fixed Temperature, Moisture Resistant Thermostats. Excellent multipurpose thermostat with a moisture resistant body.

GT43 line of 3/4” Disc Fixed Temperature Thermostats. Excellent multipurpose thermostat with increased contact capacity to meet your device's specifications​.​​​​​
